Praxida is offered as a beta and is under active development. Please read the Terms of Service — in particular the backup position during the beta period — before relying on it as a system of record.
Pricing questions
What does “free during beta” actually mean?
Every plan is free to use while Praxida is in beta. No card is required to sign up and nothing is charged. Pricing will be published before the beta ends, and every firm using Praxida will be told before any charge is ever made.
What happens to our data if we stop using Praxida?
Your data remains yours. You can export your records, and after an account is closed the data is deleted from active systems in accordance with the retention periods set out in our Terms of Service.
Do you charge per client or per team member?
Plans are sized on both — team members who log in, and the number of clients on your books. Your clients accessing their own portal do not count as team members.
Is there a discount for annual payment?
Annual billing will be offered at a discount to monthly when pricing is published.
